Default still need help with a CEL...

Hey, I posted a week or two ago about a check engine light that I suddently got. Well I got a code 141 which has to do with the primary o2 sensor's heater circuit malfunction. A few sources said that I would be able to replace my o2 sensor and the problem would be fixed. I bought an OEM Honda o2 sensor and got it replaced about a week ago. The CEL went away and all was well for that period. However, yesterday the light came back on and it's been really frustrating as to wether or not I wasted $250 or so on a new o2 sensor if something else could have fixed it. Well my question is if the heater circuit is located in the o2 sensor or outside of it. What can I do to fix this sort of malfunction? Btw, my car is a 96 Prelude VTEC with about 57K miles on it. I really need help and I would appreciate if anyone had a helms to check on the remedy for a code 141. Thanks.

Oh yeah, one more question, I was always told it was my primary o2 sensor (before the cat) that had the heater circuit malfunction but apprently I found a thread that said it could possible be the secondary o2 sensor (after the cat). Anyone with a Helms that can check?

P0137;(63)-secondary heated o2 sensor circuit low voltage.
P0138;(63)-secondary heated o2 sensor circuit high voltage.
P0141;(65)-secondary heated o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction

what CEL's are you getting, per OBD2 ECU CEL 1 is for a primary O2 sensor.

Do you know about the "paper clip trick"?

Let us know we are here to help

Yes I know about the paper clip trick but I didn't want to bother jumping the ECU myself so I went to Autozone since they can just plug something into the harness and check the code for free. I got the generic OBDII code from them which is the P0141 or from what I hear is the same as a code 41. I know it's a heater circuit malfunction from the o2 sensor but I get contradiction information wether or not it is the primary or secondary sensor.

DTC p0141 indicates a bad secondary o2 sensor heater/circuit. A good sensor will have 10-40 ohms resistance on the heater. Disconnect the sensor and measure between the black wires.
