I got a stiff clutch pedal, what suggestions do you have to make it a little smoother???

 

Move the clutch cable around and make sure that there are no loops or anything like that in it. I've experienced the same thing, and it just took some messing with the cable to get things to change. The clutch often feels lighter after I launch the car as well, or if I've been driving it for a while. It could have to do with the temperature of it, but more likely it is the cable.
