Default steering and tire wear problem

i have a 94 honda civic ex and now i' have replaced the controll arm pushing with the poly.bushings, the steering rack and outter tie rods. i have also changed out the upper control arms to the skunk pro plus, ajustable upper ball joints cause when i did the alignment the camber was off. so now i have everything on the green in the alignment rack but when i press on the gas the steering wheel turns 90 degrees to the left and when i press on the brake the sterring wheels turns 90 degrees the the right (note the car is completely stock other then whats mention)

PLEASE HELP!!!

Recheck all your upper and lower control arm bolts and also check the subframe bolts.

damnnnn u got an issue.... Try switchin the front 2 tires. Drivers to passengers, and vice versa

i checked all of the bolts on the suspention. all the subframe bolts, upper and lower control arms, and the rack bolts everything is bolted on tight. the tires r brand spankin new. and i did swap them to the back n i still have this problem. im losing my mind. i even changed out all the motor mounts
