Default steering column help eg to ek

okay i have an 95 ej1..and i got a steering column for a 96+ civic so that i can put in my s2k wheel. now i just quickly looked at it and it looks like the ignition is riveted on or hopefully its screwed on but the screw ends have a rounded end like a rivet...those that have done this swap, or anyone who has changed out an ignition switch, how the fugg do i get that ignition cylinder off? bc i dont want to have two different types of keys for 1 car and its probably going to be a bitch to get a key for that ignition anyways...do i just drill those rivet looking things out or what?

There's anti-theft bolts on there. The head of the bolts snap off once torqued properly. To remove them, you have to get a hammer and a chisel and spin them off. You can buy replacement bolts at the dealer unless you want to chisel them back on.
