State Ref! Need Help!!!!!!
Hey guys,
A buddy of mine got state refed and we need help. I noticed that the throttle body had a missing hose to the canister because it is an obd1 throttle body on a 1991 civic si which is obd2b spec. I was wandering if it will pass like that? Will it pass with RC 370cc injectors? Will it also pass with an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator? Any help is appreciated. Also, we took the hondata s100 out and put the stock b16 ecu in and it idled funny. Could that because of the bigger injectors?
Thanks

It won't pass. You need everything to be
exactly the way it came out of the donor
car. If it's obd2 it needs to have all the obd2
emissions crap and no aftermarket parts
unless they've got a carb sticker. But I would
just be safe and take it off. And all hoses
must be connected to the right places. They
get pretty **** about it
