Default Starting troubles 90 integra

My 90 integra GS has problems starting when it is over 90º out. Once it gets down to about 85º, it will start right up and run. It cranks, but will not start. Anybody know. I need to drive this piece of **** next week so I would like it to run. The only problems I know of is that it has a bad cam seal, it leaks a little oil but I don't think that is the problem.

its most likely the main relay under the dash on the far left. Remove it and open it and resolder all the connections on the top of the circuit board. That should fix it.
