start up and driving problems

SOMETIMES when i go to start my car it will start up fine then it will kick out and shut off. . i have a walbro fuel pump my car has been boosted for a year now(2000 civic SIR(canada)with b16a fully built march 2008). . no vacuum leaks. walbro fuel pump that still works and wideband isnt reading out of wack AFRS' only when the car cuts out(2nd problem)

the problem just started occuring. most days it runs fine. every 10 start ups i have to keep the revs up for a while until it wil idle normal.

the second problem. . when i'm cruising in any gear under light load the car jumps around liek its missing only between 3-4 grand at steady throttle. . problem doesnt occur under acceleration. at cruising speed between 3 and 4 grand it will miss fire and cut out and jerk my car around. . yet again this only happens sometimes, when it does wideband goes way rich. .but thats just unburnt fuel i believe

would both problems be dizzy related?

is the motor obd1 or obd2?
