Default standalone to stock ecu

will a car that had an accel dfi gen 6 standalone be able to run on a stock ecu??? The standalone is out of the car, a stock wire harness is going in and the ecu end of the harness is still there.

Theoretically yes. Just make sure all of the wiring is in order.
