My delsol vtec (b16a) has begun to stall at idle when there is multiple electrical systems on. Such as having the lights on and then the radiator fan kicks on while idle at a stop light, engine stalls. If no electrical systems are active then engine doesn't seem to have a problem keeping an idle. If engine does stall it starts back up without much of an issue, but will stall again if throttle isn't given.

So far I've been to autozone, and their machine says battery and alternator is OK. I've cleaned up ground connections. I've replaced the pgmfi module.

Any suggestions what to try next would be greatly appreciated!
