stainless welding with mig welder ?? HELP !!!

just purchased soem 304L stainless steel bends in hopes of welding up a log style manifold for my integ .But im reading here and there that i can't use a mig welder on stainless steel ?? **** .. im gettin majorly irritated here .. can someone help me answer this question of mine ????
the fillers and gases will be what every muffler shop woudl most likeley carry. My manifold doesnt have to stay rust proof etcc i just want the damn thing to work now cuz im pissed

you need a tig and stainless rod i believe also what kind of stainless steel did you buy?be carefull or it will start cracking good luck i hope it works out for you!

ok they do make mig welders that can weld stainless correctly, but they are very high priced. You will need a tig, because of the way the weld forms and the strength of the weld... You would need a Tig, Stainless rod (er80 i think).
if you want to drive 4 hours you could use my tig...
