Default SRP Pistons

Have a freind with some SRP's and he will sell thm to me real cheap(300BN) herd some stuff about them melting due to the high silicon content but just wanted to see what u guys thought, ill have a sc61 running prolly 16+ Psi on a GSR with 880s and uberdata. if tuned what do u guys think will happen. all i want is 400+hp i think they can do it, whatabout u guys???

I've used them for many different setup I think they'll be fine for what you want to do.

I am running SRP's and have been for about a year now with three different setups in my car and still to this day I am running them at 18 pounds and have had no problems whatsover with a gt35e runnin almost similar setup as you.
