I was wondering if i could spray the rotor with Gunks's disc brake quiet spray?

The directions say to spray the pads but i didn't have any luck taking the pads out (couldn't get the bolts off, may I need an air-wrench?) -i am an amateur.

The disc brake quiet spray is an adhesive used to keep the pads in place on the caliper. DO NOT SPRAY ON THE ROTORS! If you can get the bolts broken free (try a breaker bar), getting the pads out is simple. Put the spray on the back of them. Also, a good cleaning of the rotors and pads with brake cleaner can do wonders as well. It's really not hard, just give it a go.

You need a breaker bar for 12mm bolts?
