I got this squeeking noise when I first turn the steering wheel about 2" to the left or right, that is driving me crazy. Is there something that can be lubricated or greased in the steering rack to stop this?? By the way it is a '92 civic si.

I'd search this if I were you..... but it sounds like your CV boot is torn....
