My B16A3, when cold, has erratic idle and sometimes sputters because one of the cylinders is not firing, but only when cold. It also occurs at random (not only between 2000rpm and 3000 rpm)

Parts i looked at/cleaned

1-Distributor cap and rotors--->Used a dremel to resurface the contact surfaces
2-Wires are all the way in (all 4)
3-Plugs are good---------------->cleaned up some carbon buildup
4-Will clean out the IACV tomorrow (10pm right now)

Anything else i could do before i start replacing parts? Thank you for the help!
