SPRINGS OR COILOVERS?
i want to get skunk2 or ground control coilovers for the adjustablity but they're kind expensive, or i could go with some neuspeed or h&r springs what is better?
also if i get springs what is the spring that drops the lowest i have a 95 coupe

i prefer coilovers
you are able to adjust the ride height at a moments notice and if you want to move up to a higher spring rate it is a lot cheaper than drop springs and you dont have to worry about a change in ride height when you buy new springs.

i bought springs, and wish i had coilovers. i would love the adjustability(cause my car sits higher on one side for some reason) and also good brand coilovers will have stiffer spring rates than my crappy arospeed springs

Good springs seem to have a better ride from my experience. It is all a preference thing. If you get coilovers, you will most likely only change the height once after you install them. If you select the proper "drop" of a spring, than you would be happy too.
