So last night I was out in town and i popped the hood to my friends SOHC Boosted EG. Some kid comes up and says this:

"That aint ****, when my car comes out no one will be able to beat me" (Typical ricer move)

Me: "Whats in it"

Him: "Just a single Cam... blah blah blah turboed going to run 10's with a stock block blah blah blah" and then he goes... "oh yea its a Spoon SOHC motor.."?

Does spoon even make SOHC motors? or even motors at all? I might have never heard of these but this kid was a straight douche bag and didnt know what the hell he was talking about

30 lbs of boost on a stock SOHC block!! LOL he said it would run 10's i said well how many times though?

 

spoon redesigns b-series motors that I know of. I never hear about spoon making anything for sohc engines.

if by redesign you mean balances stock internals and throw them back in, then yes that is what they do.

that's funny because i know a kid that is the same way
he has a 01 sohc that he supposedly has built but has blown 2 or 3 times and he says that next he is going to get a spoon engine for 10g which he says is half price
just listing to him you can tell he is a retard

Its blue with some silver racing stripes down the side... GSR bottom end with a B16 head (Poormans type r)

you might remember a little bit back in cars by dealers that blue integra with that r33 kit on it.. lol it was blue with silver cut stripes down the side... he bought it from finish line auto sales (the best dealer in york) LOL!!!!
