Default Spinning Bolt

I'm trying to remove the rear bolt on the drivers seat in my Integra, but the bolt just spins and does not come out at all. Anyone know of any other way besides drilling the hole out and re-tapping?

If you can get some leverage under it, use that. Either a screwdriver, panel popper or something to pull the bolt OUT towards you as your unscrewing. That should work.
