Default Speedometer tackometer drops

I have a 2001 Honda accord VP
I am having a tricky issue. While driving my radio turns off and on almost instantly and also my speedometer and tachometer drop to zero and almost instantly goes back to normal. Each time this happens the maintenance light flashes on and off. I think I am losing power throughout the car. The car does not turn off.

I already checked my grounds and replaced the ignition switch. The issue is sporadic and may not happen again after a couple days or weeks. Sometimes when I turn off the ignition I can hear a buzzing noise and my dash clock and radio will reset and lose all my presets. It is driving me crazy. Any help is appreciated.

Start with your battery connections. Are they corroded ?

Battery connections are clean. It's a 6 month old interstate battery.
