Default Speedometer recalibration

Is it possible to "tune" your VSS to take into account "plus sizing" you tires?

The VSS sounds like a throwaway, non-adjustable item in the service manual, so I wanted some inputs.

I did see there is a tiny input shaft coming in from the tranny to the VSS; can this be adjusted?

it is possible, but not very easy.
Only system I've seen cut the VSS signal in 1/2.
Had something to do with what later became Hondata

Not much bigger, +1. I just would like to be able to adjust the output.
