I purchased a clean a** 92 swap white civic hatch about a year ago but I haven't really driving it. It park in my garage collecting dust. I wanted to fix my speed meter but I don't know where to start looking for the problem. I bought it like this. It wasn't working when I got it. Where should I began? Is this issue hard to resolve or easy? And how much would it cost to get it fix at the shop?
