Default Speed Governor on P06

My close friend is Running in his 94 Hatchback, the stock DX motor with a greddy turbo kit, the damn Governor doesnt let the car go over 115, Its like he hits a brick wall, My question is, can I use one off those APEXI RevMeter that takes out the speed governor from JDM Computer. Will it do the same in a American ECU. Let me know

It should work the same. I see no reason for it not to. From what I understand it tricks the computer using the VSS input signal. Should work...
