Default Specific Engine Specs

I have never been to this part of the forum, but i think this is the only place i can get the help i need.

I am getting ready to take apart my engine soon so that i can rebuild it with stronger internals. Because the aftermarket support is so limited for my car, i am going to have to go custom everything....

I'm trying to find out some specific engine info. I've tried searching and only came up with results giving engine displacement, HP, etc.

I'm tring to find a site that wil list engine specifics (i.e. deck height, stock rod length, compression height, etc.).

thanks in advance for your help.

first off the idea seems a bit silly to me. Honda engines come stock with very strong internals and are balanced well. Unless you are going with some off the wall turbo setup there is no need to "upgrade" your internals.

Every vigor I have ever seen is leaking oil all over and overdue on basic maintence and tune ups. how is yours.

The Vigor I have does have an oil leak. Here's the situation.

About a week ago, i picked up another Vigor for a steal (paid less than what i would've paid for just the engine).

I'm looking for about ~300 hp. I already had plans of porting and polishing the head. The i figured, since i'm in there, it would be a good idea to just rebuild the block as well. I'd rather do something now as a precaution than have to do something later and have my car sitting (i need to be able to get to work). Boring the block started to run through my head, but that is still just a thought.

With that being said, I need those numbers for my and other hondas so that i can work through some equations and i figured that this forum would be the best place to ask.
