How can anyone advise you the size of thread of the spark plug of your mystery motor. Is it even a car you are talking about? Could be a nitro model plane motor for all we know.
The parts people should in theory be able to direct you to the correct size kit based off your vehicle information that you just provided is here.

Does it fit your car? I don't know.

There are a few ways and kits to do the job. Personally I think the Time Sert method is unnecessary. Its expensive and can be done wrong.
When the threads stripped on my RSX about 6 years ago,I simply bought a thread repair kit from NAPA. It is inexpensive and very easy for a novice to do.
(The holes are very narrow. You need to find a reamer that will fit)
Yes. 14x1.25. The best way is an actual heli-coil. Sometimes those thread repair jobbies come out with the plug. I have seen bad repairs from those inserts. Heli-coil repair set is expensive (80$)+drillbit, and you need to know what you are doing, but IMHO it is the ONLY way i fix these for anyone.
