Ok about 2 months ago my car (96 ex w/ stock y8 with 128K)started missing between 1500-300 rpms and then it would go away and run fine. i pulled out the plugs and they looked pretty bad. So i replaced them with ngk plugs. It didnt help so i replaced the external msd coil and the plug wires thinking that might help. It didnt. they the other day while i was driving it it started missing all the time. the motors stumbles alot even at idle and the plugs are all black again. so i pulled off the whole ignition system ( msd sci w/ blaster ss coil) and i removed my vafc. But nothing helped. i ran a compression test on the motor and its read as fallows 125,125,110,120 pretty normal rite or should i be conserned about the number 2 cylnder being at 110. i also checked the timing belt to see if it might have skipped a tooth but everything seemed to check out ok. . Any one have any ideas maybe another route that im not thinkin of. thnaks alot.
Edit * i also replaced the fuel filter

describe what the spark plugs look like and make sure the comp. test was done correctly. I think the comp.#s should be higher for a stock honda.
Screw you guys, I'm... going... home.

Why do you have a vafc and all that other stuff on a stock engine? Please describe your *exact* setup in every detail.
