Default Something internally???

okay my motr only rev's to 5932 rpm
and it sounds like detenation...

won't go passed what can i do

before i just take it to a shop please help with some ideas

even at idle won't go passed this mark
have a pr3 mugen chipped ecu
it is fine no prob used it on another can

this ain't electrical either double checked that...

Check your timing, distributor, spark plugs..Could be misfiring...Give us a more detailed post with your setup...

misfiring ain't even the case i got everything coo on that part

do you have a check engine light for your vtec oil pressure switch?

not even that either....

and i got the vafc so i don't get that light

but as i said that is working if it was hooked up....

Thats why

your vafc i bet is wired wrong, check your VTC wire and make sure its in the right place.

tried that

i am telling u guys even when i set vtec to 3800 it still doesn't pass 5932

i believe it is something else

what i don't know but it is getting very annoying.....

what is the point of having high reving motor if it doesn't even go to the higher limits

Try turning off your VAFC and see if it revs up then...Its gotta be something computer controlled....

ur right about this
so does my installer /builder but until tomorrow
when it goes to Bubba for the final touches to awaken this beast

and i hope that is what happens he can make things happen out in the 805!!!

tomorrow should have some answers and final results....

well the madass tech at trackmaster's hooked it up

and found it was the vtec screen that was cogged

but i still got other junk to worry about like rings!!!!

again

so oh well i guess i can now go to redline

watch out v8's i am ahunting for y'alll
