I bought a Spectre cone air filter for my 96 honda accord 2.2 liter and installed it, now when im driving my gas is dropping like crazy. I hooked the filter directly to the air duct and took out my old filter and box. I went through a half tank of gas in like 20 miles, can anyone give me their opinion on what they think i did wrong. Also i think the filter is touching the inside of my hood, could that have anything to do with it, also there is an open whole where my box was before i took it out.
