alright so listen i have a 99 ls integra with a jdm type r motor i got the whole thing wired for vtec. my vtec in my car works but it is not pullin hard. it did not pass innspection either. i lost to a wrx and civic si lol.. open to all ideas please help.

 

you checked your plugs yet? I bet there gonna be white from running lean.

nope didnt do that sofare i am running a p73 usdm.
