normally when it doesn't blink it means that something is wrong with the Ecu or one of it's components.

if you are running hondata reburn a new chip with your present tuned program and reinstall it. It happens when the chip doesnt have a good contact in the ic socket. One time i launched my car and i got a solid cel i couldnt figure it out so then i just did what i explained above! good luck let me know how it goes!

I installed my S200 last week and I had the same problem. Turns out I needed to disable the knock sensor in RomEditor. Disabled the knock sensor, no more CEL. Hondata also recommends cutting J12 with the S200 system.

where is the j12 exactly? only the tuner can disable the knock sensor?

You have to have RomEditor and a pocket programmer to burn the chip, if you want to disable the knock sensor. If you don't, yeah, you need the tuner to do it. Look at the installation instructions on Hondata's website-there is a good picture of the location of J12. It is on the opposite half of the PCB from the 27C256 chip.

Just cutting it opens the circuit, you don't have to remove the whole thing. Get to a tuner and have them dial in the Hondata-who knows if you are running too rich or too lean without a wideband and a dyno?
