Default sohc in a integra

i totaled my boosted civic and thinking of putting my sohc in a integra shell i picked up for 200 bucks....i was wondering if i just use all my stuff from my civic like mounts, shiftlinkage and everything eles or do i have to fab up stuff?


here's the motor.



now i stated the swap @ 5 friday pulled the motor out the car and put it in the integra.work on it alittle on sat rain owned me...today got everything down except hooking up the vtec,need a single cam bottom radi hose ls one is to big and run the exuast(spelling sucks). to the pic now

I know 92-95 civic will bolt right in a 94-95 integ or vise-versa.

A DA is a B series still but wireing and mount placement might be different.

your DC will be slow as hell but you'll save tons on gas $$$...

a weaker engine pushing a heavier car is going to waste more gas.

It will work. 92-95 civic and 94-01 integra are almost the exact same chassis. Should be interesting.

theres a video on youtube

a eg and gsr swap'd motors... b-series in the eg and d-series in the teg. search b18c1 eg and it should pop up

All the mounts, axles and everything from your car and put in the dc. It has been done a lot, search and yee shall find all you need.

i don't see why it wouldn't work. japan put sohc motors in the integra as a factory option over there.

Weeeaaaaak! It's been done a few times, and iirc, which I don't, a teg somewhere in the world came stock with a d-series.

lol i think all them pics are hott...still not use to the shoc in thier.the motor went in easy as hell the back t bracket was so easy to put in screwed the bolts in by hand...
