sohc block and head question

sohc block and head question
my block on my d16y8 took a sh**t i picked up a b16b7 block i know its not v tech and the head off the y8 fits and so far parts off the y8 are fitting but i want to know if this swap will go in clean into my 99 civic and will i need any type of modification to the block to work properly thanks
