smoking from oil cap

smoking from oil cap
hey, i need to know why my motor is smoking from around the oil cap, on the valve cover.Anyone have a clue why its doin that, it doesnt smoke unless i rev it, and i didnt think it was normal. help me outi have a ls vtec
