Recently, my cel turned on throwing a code 91... it's been killing me trying to figure out what's wrong, but i have to pass smog soon. They won't even try smogging my car with the cel on. So i was wondering if i could pass smog after resetting the ecu since the cel won't turn back on for 2 days.

 

If they don't see a light you won't fail the visual inspection.

 

yup you can pass the smog if you reset your ECu, just pray that the CEL won't come out.
I actually did that to California Referee, I have this code that when I recet my computer it won't come back for two to three days.. and I passed with flying colors!!
