Default SLIGHT cold start main rattle

when i first crank my car after sitting for a few hours or overnight, theres a faint main bearing rattle. it started on the FIRST CRANK after i switched to 10w40 from 10w30. to thick at cool start for this oil? I know they have the same cold weight but it has to make a difference somewhere. once i drive it about a mile and the **** heats up, its all good. should i switch back to 10w30. is there a 5w40? its a newly built ls vtec with 500 miles and acl bearings. i just dont like to hear anything like that even if it is just a short time that it does it.
