Default Skunk2 tunner cam gears

Quick question on cam gears. I have blox type c cams and need to move ex -2 and in +1.
Looking at my cam gears and then looking at pro series cam gears there seems to be an issue. According to Skunk2 the Tuner series is 2 rotations per 1 mark. So if I move the ex one 2 marks is that -4 because I dont see how to get +1 because it would move +2. Lol does this make sense to anybody?
