Im building a new engine and im going to only rev to 9000 rpm and i wanted to know what is the best cams i should get for my setup...It is a daily driven, (literally, avg 80 miles every other day), im going to have about 11.0-11.2 comp. on my LSV and im considering the S2s2 but someone said i should rev higher for these cams...will 9k be ok or should i get something else like buddy club III+ etc...i ran ctr intake on my old setup before and want something with more power...HOWS THE IDLE WIT THE S2s2?

Youd be ok with skunk2 stage 2's...the peak is in the 8k area i believe.The idle is only slightly rougher than stock.You'll be happy with them though,they make good power.

They're awesome cams.. my friend has em for his civic hb in a c5 motor... idle not too bad. Don't think you should daily drive your car and rev to 9k a lot though....

 

i mean im not going to rev to 9k everyday but wanted to know if the cams will idle good as for daily driving...my friend has toda spec c in a c5 and it idles like ****...untuned...so im just wondering...thx
