Skunk2 Intake Manifold help!
For This thing is such a pain in the ***, got a couple problems:
1) Throttle pulley, I tried using the one off my stock CX motor but it keeps getting stuck and it seems like the ITR throttle cable is too long too.
2) Why is there a smaller hole next to the bigger hole for the radiator fluid on the new manifold when there wasn't one on the old one.
Any pics or tips would be great, oh yeah and this is a B18C GS-R of course.

the GSR manifod is water cool it runs throw the throttl body to cool it off you have to hook it up.for the throttle gust buy the one that fits the car it is to hard to adjust. that is why it it is stuck it is short or long.
There is alot that Skunk2 fails to mention about this manifold in their instructions. First of all, the Skunk intake manifold is an ITR replica made to fit various engines, including those the ITR doesn't. So everything is as it is on an ITR. For instance, you need the ITR throttle cable bracket. Also, you need ITR fuel injector bottom seals. And when bolting on ther fuel rail, you need to eliminate the spacers. As for coolant passages, there are none on this manifold.

if i were you i would get the 99-00 civic si wheel and cable since you have a ek hatch.
