Skunk2 high compression valves

Skunk2 high compression valves
i heard that these valves raise your compression by about .2 points
so if i am running 12.6:1 right now i will be at 12.8:1 with the valves?
is there any modification that has to be done for me to put these valves in
any one with experience with these?
