Default Skunk2 dual valve spring

Hey guys I just bought a used set of skunk2 dual valve springs to support my sk2 stage2 tuner cams
I need help determining which ones are intake or exhaust also does it matter which way these valve springs face up I don't see any indication which way they are supposed to be installed
