Default Shut UP!!

Ok, I'm getting REALLY REALLY SICK OF THIS!! When I let my clutch out when I am driving normally it makes this high pitched *SQUUEEEEEEK* coming from under the car. What the hell IS that? When I try to take it to a shop, for some reason it stops doing that! I figure, screw it! I'll replace it myself! Thanks guys!

P.S.
When I drop the clutch hard, it stops doing that for a bit and starts back up...

sorry, havent actually got the background on this but have you considered:

(1) the throw out bearing may be bad
(2) the flywheel "spigot" bearing may be bad

you can check these yourself if you got a home workshop with a good jack...

HTH!!!!!!

yeah, even the cable or release fork could be squeeking...

only way to find out is to drop the tranny out and inspect all the moving parts...
