Default shreaded timing belt

i was drivng today out of the car wash and then all of a sudden my car wouldnt idle. so i get it to drive then after 4 block it just dies, i pull off and the belt is in many pieces shreaded up. My belt has 2500 miles on it and i checked it a 1000 and last night after dynoing it and was fine. Also the exhaust cam was about 75 degrees advace to the intake cam. (by the way its a b16a1) what would cause this to happen? (honda t-belt and didnt tear appart the motor yet; no garage )

Loose tensioner nut.

Loose cam bolt.

Wasted water pump

Loose bolt caught in the belt.

Basically, you screwed something up. Too bad you're not in Ohio. I'd cut you a good deal on the repairs
