Short Gear Ratios
i know this is a stupid question but everyone tells theres never a stupid question.
I was thinking about putting in a Short Gear Ratio into my tranny althou the cars is going to be my DD. Also its a turbo civic.
well would there be any benfits and disvantages of it?

The B16 tranny already has crazy short gears. I wouldn't mess with them. The only mod I'd make would be a different final drive, but I'd only do that if you were all motor and regularly tracked the car. For a daily driven turbo civic, just leave it alone.
