shop rip off

im in a situation, i orderd a gsr motor from a local shop on 16 feb,the guy said it will take 2weeks to get to hawaii,never came talked to guy a gain said they just put on palet,will take 2more weeks,its mar 31,and still no motor,went to shop guy not there talked to other guy said he will call me didnt call,so what should i do,

did you pay for the motor yet?
If you did and have your proof of payments call the police!
