Started doing bolt on installs and I need a little advice. Heres the scenario:
Customer brings me GC coilovers and Tokico blues to install. Front went ok but as usual the LCA bushing bolt was frozen and broke. Do I pay for this inconvenience or do I charge him for the bushing? I charged him $100 for the install. (we do all the work out of a friends garage and have no shop or anything) Just wanted to see proper procedure. Thanks guys.

Since you're not a pro shop, I'd tell the guy that the bolt was frozen and you had to do whatever to remove it.
If it was just a bolt, and not the bushing too, I'd just fork the $3 out of my pocket and call it a day.

we charge 70 CAD for both bushings upfront as part of parts/labour and tell them that if we get the bolt out we give em the 35 a side back. They are always seized on Hondas. We got tons of bolts lying around so we dont bother charging the 5 bucks.
