shimmy only under throttle

i have a 96 hatch with gsr turbosetup. i get a shimmy only under throttl, but i dont feel it in the steering wheel only in the seat.it only happens when i have about 40-50% throttle.any ideas. i do not feel it any other times except on throttle

it may be a rod or main bearing taking a ****. is it like a vibration at a certain rpm?
