Shifting into 1st Gear Problem
So I was sitting at a red light and I pressed in the clutch and put my 5-speed in 1st gear waiting for a green arrow. For some reason the clutch started to engage even though I had the clutch pressed down to the ground. The car stalled and once restarted, I had trouble synching it back up to engage in first gear. This happened twice tonight, but once I got it synched back up, it seemed to run fine. Any thoughts on what may be going on would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ron

damn I bet that was funny for the car beside you ( I know it sucks for you though) have you checked your fluid levels???? I hope I'm right
Look for fluid leaks first, to rule that out.
But I bet it's the clutch master cylinder going bad. When that same exact problem happens to brakes, the pedal sinks slowly to the floor at a red light.
