Default shift linkage b16a

anyone got any helpful advice on how to swap out shift linkage? i just got a new one from avid cuz my old one is broken its suppose to be bolt on. but this is the first linkage i've ever done so any helpful hints?

Do yourself a favour and get an 8mm punch. It is extremely easy except for the roll pin holding the linkage to the tranny, it's just a few bolts otherwise.
