Default shfiting 4th and 5th gears grind
B16A 1st gen in 88crx si... when driving normal in between shifts are fine but when i step on it and shift 4 and 5th would grind hard but still goes in gear, sometimes 3rd when i really step on it, the clutch seems to be grabing, but i'm changing my clutch this weekend, does anyone have any suggestions to what else it may be SYNCRHOS?

Sounds like you might have a bad synchro.
