Im soon to start shaving and panting whole inside of my car. i wanna remove the crappy yellowish white thick caulking and replace it with something clear or something like they do in the engine bays. Can anyone tell me what to use that works really good?

you can paint over it

 

seam sealer, dont use anything from home depot, sometimes paint doesnt like to stick to certain stuff like acylic/latex caulk
