Shaving head DOHC ZC

I'm thinking about having the head shaved on my friends DOHC ZC, he's running an 80 shot edlebrock nitrous dry kit, and Webb cams. How do I figure out if the valves are going to smash into the piston with great fury? Also, how do I figure out the projected compression if I shave .025 from the head, also, where can I get a list of torque values and head bolt removal/ installation pattern. This is my first time tearing down a motor, but I figure it should be an easy job becuse I'm leaving the bottem end in tackt, and ALSO... do I need to remove the valves and lifters to send the head out? or can they do it in tact? Some guidance would be greatly appreciated... Thanks.

heres a comp calculator.

If you are running stock cam gears and pistions I woulditn really worry about hitting a valve unless you slip your timing belt.
You also have to take into consideration that when you mill the head it affects your timing.

not sure of the specs on the cams, but they are Webb, aftermarket.. stock valves, stock pistons. I will find out about the cams what's the solution to the timing problem? logically I would need to retard the timing, correct?
Milling the head is common. Some do it for maintence and some do it for compression. But if you raise the compression you will either need to add fuel or retard timing.
There are a few threads here on how milling the head alters timing.
