ok i dunt have any pics but ill tell you what i do on my 90 civic
i dunt know if you have disk or drum but heres some help for drums

1.take off the tire. lol

1a. take off drum an take it to get them turned
2. remove all the springs but make sure you remember what order you took them off in
3. take off the pads
4. put on new ones and put springs back on in reverse order you took them off

thats not much of an explanation but thats it

Also if you have to change the shoes do one side at a time in case you forget where a spring or whichway the self adjuster goes. If they need to be serviced then you want remove the drums & wipe them out with a fresh clean rag. Then you want to get a can of brake clean & spray down the shoes, backing plate, all. Then blow off with compressed air, & get a piece of 80 grit sand paper & sand the glaze off the shoes. Then blow off shoes again with compressed air & adjust out self adjuster to where the drum has a slight bit of drag against the shoe. Then your done. Put the wheels back on and drive away.

The spring tool for drum brakes makes it easier....i'd recommend at least getting a haynes manual and asking more specific questions if you need them.

I replaced the shoes on a probe and it was hard as hell to get the shoes perfectly centered to allow the drum to fit over. I dont know if all drums are the same but Im sure its similar. Was it because I reused the drums and didnt get them turned?
